Santy Crusher Plant
MAIN CRUSHER
SANTY has its own two crusher units, operating 24×7 under two shifts with a team of 12 direct workers taken care of by two supervisors and 1 crusher in-charge.
Both the crushers are capable of producing 3000t/12hrs. An average of 25,000 tons of various materials starting from suitable fill material, class 1 to class 11 materials, sub base and road base are available as stock at our stockyard. All materials are produced as per MOW 2009 specifications and are tested and approved by the MED lab. An average of 9 trailers are used to deliver the material to customers on a daily basis. To meet any additional or urgent requirements, 4 trailers under hire basis are used to tackle the needs. With our own dedicated team and plant, we can produce more as we have yet to cross 50% production capacity of our plant.
MOBILE CRUSHER
The capacity of mobile crusher is 1200t/12hrs. Based on the needs and requirements of customers’ urgency to avoid unnecessary transporting time and cost, the mobile crusher is shifted to the customer’s location and operates there itself by saving enough time and money.
BUCKET CRUSHER
Bucket crushers owned by us are under operations at sites. This reduces the time and cost as bigger stones, concrete debris and asphalt materials are crushed to required size at the location where they are generated. Both together can produce 600t/12hrs and are used for crushing all kinds of material which are easily converted to the required size materials. This is operated with a team of one operator each and now producing 150 to 200t /12hrs.
As a whole, we are capable of producing 4800t/12hrs with our main crusher, mobile crusher and bucket crushers. We have enough stock area to store any required quantity and avoid any delays in delivery to our customers. With our fleet of shovels, trailers and dedicated team working round the clock we can meet all requirements and deliver high quality goods in line with MOW specifications or any client special specifications well ahead of their schedules.
